I finally contacted support and this is what they said: “It’s loading signals and it takes one hour for diagnostics and appropriate resolutions to complete. your services should be restored within one hour” then sent me a ticket number and text and said if it’s still acting up then call a tech out to come look.This was a known issue and if you are still having issues, please restart your Flex box by removing the power cord from power for about 20 seconds and then plug it back in.
